Emma joined the Foundation in 2025 following two years at BookTrust, the UK’s largest children’s reading charity. They have worked in communications, community engagement, and project management roles within a number of charity and social sector organisations across both the UK and the United States. In their role, Emma is responsible for overseeing individual and community donors and increasing public awareness of the Foundation.

Outside of work, they enjoy cycling, playing board games, and reading anything Science Fiction.
