Advanced Bowel Cancer
In 2011, I was diagnosed with advanced bowel cancer which had invaded the wall of my bladder. Fortunately for me, it was detected in time for the surgeons to act promptly and to perform an operation that would save my life.
Treatment
I consider myself extremely blessed to have received the proper care and treatment at a most critical time, giving me a new lease of life , which allowed me to see my son – my only child – graduate from university.
