For patients with a diagnosis of a Polyposis syndrome and their families
The Polyposis Information Day is for patients with a diagnosis of a polyposis syndrome and their families. It will take place at St Mark’s Hospital on Saturday 14th September 2019.
The purpose of the day is to provide information about polyposis through talks and informal sessions including a PolyPeople support group session. There will be many opportunities to ask questions in the Consultant Q&A session where you will also meet the team. The Information Day is a great way to meet other people and their families who are also affected by polyposis.
Children and babies are welcome. A family room will be provided for parents to use when required.
